Job Description:
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to drive our digital marketing campaigns, optimize paid advertising strategies, and enhance ROI across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, social media ads, and other paid marketing channels to boost traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance conversion rates.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging and high-converting ad creatives.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for paid campaigns.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation of ad spend.
• Track, report, and present campaign performance insights using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other data-driven platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
• Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting strategies.
• Experience with budget management and cost-effective ad placements.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
