Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing within the e-commerce space. This role requires a passion for books, an innovative mindset, and expertise in engaging online audiences through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to align social media initiatives with brand goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions effectively.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
• Work on influencer collaborations, partnerships, and social media advertisements to enhance reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for books and knowledge of the literary community is a plus.
