Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing creatives. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for our website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality designs for website banners, social media posts, advertisements, email templates, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals that align with the brand identity.
• Design infographics, product catalogs, and promotional materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with content writers and digital marketers to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages.
• Maintain consistency in design across all brand touchpoints.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creative outputs.
• Optimize graphics for web and mobile to improve user experience and engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
