Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience in the field, particularly in B2C environments within industries such as Travel Tech, Food Tech, Ecommerce, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media assets, marketing campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure cutting-edge creative work.
• Create and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual elements and touchpoints.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team, fostering creativity and professional growth.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Innovation and Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in design, technology, and marketing to continuously improve creative processes and outputs.
• Experiment with new creative approaches and formats to engage the target audience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Experience working in B2C environments, preferably within Travel Tech, Food Tech, Ecommerce, or related industries.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Masters degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with the latest design and marketing technology, including AI.
• 3+years of professional graphic design experience in an advertising and marketing agency
