Sr Manager - Trade Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Planning & Execution of Trade Promotions activities for assigned Region/States.
• Planning & Execution of Consumer Promotions for all Brands/products for all sales channels.
• Collaborate with Finance & sales team for effective trade promo approvals & execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing & supply Chain on a day-to-day basis
• Evaluation of Spends budgeted vs utilization on monthly basis & take necessary action to ensure spends within budget.
• Ensure all Sales Promotions proposals are entered in system, approved & managed as per SOP
• Will be responsible for planning & execution of all Primary & Secondary schemes including QPS (Quantity Purchase Scheme), QDS (Quantity Discount Schemes), Key Outlet programs & loyalty programs
• Monitoring of consumer promo as per plan & take action in case of major deviations by shifting, interchanging or extending the CP on case to case basis.
• Will be responsible to coordinate with RSM for region specific needs & align head office with the plan & ensure execution by the Region.
• Keep a close tab on competition Trade promotions & consumer promotions so as to take necessary action to ensure sales growth in competitive environment.
• To Communicate with sales team and ensure all schemes from time to time are communicated to channel partners (retailers / Wholesalers) in true sense.
• Managing Complete Sales MIS & Sales Automation for the GT business

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 10 years in FMCG / Personal Care / Beauty / Wellness in GT business

Must have been a Sales Planning / Trade Marketing Head for a region for atleast 2 years
