Bombay Shaving Company is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and super creative Design Executive with a passion for culture, art, music and all things hair removal!. Heres a chance to work with a growing organization in a role that will push you to think about creatives with a keen eye for impact on business and brand.

This role is a part of the super energetic Marketing team at Bombay Shaving Company and will directly report to the Creative Director - Art. A candidate we on-board will get the unique opportunity to grow their design repertoire while also building a keen understanding of brand marketing strategies.

What Will You Do:

• Design the digital footprint of our focus categories through website banners, landing pages and listing assets for own and third party channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc.)
• Support CRM processes with engaging emailers and WhatsApp creatives
• Build the Bombay Shaving Company brand personality through creative assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and internal activations
• Fuel our performance marketing engines with click worth high ROAS generating assets for advertising on Meta, YouTube and e-commerce platforms.

What Are We Looking For:

• A degree in graphic design
• 2-3 years of experience in art direction/ graphic design experience preferably in an agency or
  with a D2C brand
• Proficiencies required:
• Must Have: Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Gifs creations
• Good To Have: HTML, CSS basic/intermediate knowledge
• Bonus: Animation/Motion Design knowledge and interest After Effects
• Elementary understanding of digital marketing metrics impacted by creative design

• Lives in NCR and willing to commute daily to our offices in Gurgaon
• Enjoys designing for digital and print projects alike
• Pays close attention to detail on finishing of deliverables and getting them first time right
• Has experience working within style guidelines
• Possess good organizational and time-management skills
• Is confident of working in a fast paced environment that lays strong emphasis on result orientation
