Mis Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

○ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for business performance tracking.

○ Automate and optimize reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

○ Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights

2. System Development & Maintenance

○ Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of MIS systems.

○ Develop and implement processes to enhance data accuracy, security, and efficiency.

○ Integrate data from various sources (ERP, CRM, etc.) into centralized reporting systems.

3. Business Insights & Support

○ Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.

○ Support various teams by creating customized reports and tools tailored to specific business needs.

4. Compliance & Governance

○ Ensure data compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

○ Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and security.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualifications:

○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

○ Certification in data analytics, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.

2. Experience:

○ 2-3 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a similar role.

○ Proven expertise in handling large datasets and advanced data visualization.

3. Technical Skills:

○ Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

○ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

○ Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements.

5. Soft Skills:

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
