Sales and Service Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Process orders via email or phone.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
• Stay up to date with new products and features.
• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
• Warranty management activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• B.Com/BE- Mechanical/MBA Marketing or similar with 3-6 years of experience.
• Hands on experience on working with SAP, CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• A team player with high level of dedication with ability to work to strict deadlines.
