Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in Both Primary Secondary to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales Executives.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area by supporting the team in terms of appointing new Retailers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and develop entry strategies through New Distributor appointments.
- Promote the brand through various sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns (BTL activity at distributor level) and events.
- Collect feedback from customers and sales teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes and improvements to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
