Role & responsibilities

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

• Analyze daily dispatch and RTO data, coordinating with courier partners for resolution.
• Process invoices for courier services and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain MIS records of dispatch, delivery, RTO, re-dispatch, and card shredding.
• Resolve Talisma tickets related to card dispatch and RTO for customers, sales teams, and branches.
• Provide suitable resolutions to customer queries regarding card delivery.
• Train and guide the sales team on RTO card handling.
• Share dispatch and RTO data with the sales team for follow-ups and tracking.\

Effective Spoken & Written Communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.
