We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Owner to join our Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Pune/ Chennai - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Deliver to product roadmap as per group prioritization
• Participate in quarterly planning and ensure alignment with group deliverables
• Act as primary point of escalation with the agile group
• Act as primary point of contact to resolve dependencies across other groups for own deliverables
• Ability to roll up sleeves and pitch for discussions, requirements gathering, JIRA story writing, acceptance criteria
• Review of the testing results and approval based on meeting requirements
• Work closely with scrum lead to ensure agile team progress for deliverables

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s degree with experience is working within technology/business organizations aligned with Middle Office/financial services
• Ability to quickly learn and map business process to systems & capabilities.
• Perform business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, detailed data analysis, data mapping and testing while collaborating with business teams.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum sessions with the development teams.
• Facilitate technology projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with the development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Oracle/SQL Skills, JIRA experience is required
• Experience with client onboarding projects for Investment Operations outsourcing is desirable.
• Knowledge of data management, data governance and operational data stores
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Investment operations workflows and functions.
• Ability to influence the agile group members to achieve the desired goals/outcomes
