We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Enterprise Architect to join our BNY team. This role is in Pune, MH -HYBRID.

• 6+ years of experience as Solution Architect
• Should have basic understanding in Architecture methodologies like TOGAF
• Should have working knowledge of working in Architecture tools like Visio or any other EA tool
• Should have experience in delivering Architecture artifacts diagrams like Business Architecture, Application Architecture and Deployment Architecture
• Experienced and implemented solutions for Architecture patterns like Microservices, Event driven, REST API s
• Ability to illicit both functional and Non-functional requirements for business
• Able to provide Solutions to address all NFR requirements like Scalability, performance, Security, Availability (HA/DR and other concepts) and Resiliency (RTO/RPO and other concepts)
• Understanding of various network protocols- HTTPS, TCP/IP etc., Authentication mechanisms like LDAP etc.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Enforce various controls while ensuring investment portfolio aligns with the overall tech and business strategy.
• Ensure to keep the Lights-On and support current architectural governance commitments.
• Delivery of high-quality architectural solutions, while ensuring compliance with architectural policies.
• Need to strategize and contribute towards enterprise level technological initiatives on architectures, patterns and standards.
• Perform enterprise planning and designing solutions for emerging business and complex technology environments.
• Identify and recommend ways to drive more value out of the companys technology assets
• Drive Portfolio shaping and Shared Services adoption, aligning with key mgmt. goals
• Strong stakeholder management and people skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure. You will have strong analytical and management skills, are familiar with Agile methodology and played an active role in scrums such as backlog refinement, sprint planning and execution.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, both in listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop creative and structured solutions
• Ability to influence relevant parties to ensure milestones are met.
• Be able to inspire and build momentum across a global team but you are also a team player, happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
