We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President I - Client Processing to join our Issuer Loan Services team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• To manage a team of 20-30 FTE.
• Monitor / Track Daily deliverables.
• Conduct 121 for the team members.
• Spot check, Escalation management.
• Audit, Business resiliency readiness.
• Staff performance management.
• Act as an SME with the strong process knowledge and be a role model.
• 70% people management. 30% processing.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Commerce / Finance Graduate, MBA
• Experience in CLO / CDO / Loan Syndication
• Experience Cash reconciliation, Investment banking, Capital markets
• 7-12yrs. of People manger experience
