We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Manager II to join our Asset Servicing This role is in Pune, MH-HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively
• Owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes and Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
• Utilizing design thinking frameworks to lead and facilitate workshops to understand client and market needs, develop a compelling solution and business case and map client journeys
• Translates user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
• Works closely with platform leaders to establish each Group s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
• Monitors the risk and regulatory environment and partners with the senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders and manages sprint demos

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Graduates of bachelor s degree programs in business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Relevant domain expertise in alternative investment Services domain or capital markets and financial services domain is required.
• Experience in product-based roles in financial services industry is good to have.
• Experienced with leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile ways of working
• Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
• Strong communication skills, both with team and executives
• Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team
• Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
