Job Description
- Drive the onboarding of a new reconciliation utility for Securities Finance within the Markets Investigations team. They will be expected to co-ordinate and track the creation of training plans and any necessary procedures.
- Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance.
- Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
- Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements.
- Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
- Serve as an initial escalation point of contact for queries directed to the team. Escalate to more senior management as appropriate.
- Experience in managing teams/individuals.
- 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
