We re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Portfolio Compliance team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders (e.g., Portfolio Manager, Trading, Data Management etc.) and Onshore counterpart.
• Ensure the defined timeliness and accuracy is met.
• Leverage the knowledge around financial products, Mutual Funds etc.
• Ensure the reporting provided to the client is of the highest quality.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s / master s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3+ years of total experience in Asset Management & Fund Administration
• Preferred skill set: Knowledge of Regulatory requirements like US40 ACT, ERISA etc.
• Have worked on post trade and pre trade compliance.
• Should have good knowledge of financial product, Index, Broker, and Custodian
• Excellent Knowledge of capital market and Financial Products like Equity, Bonds, Derivatives and Mutual Funds.
• Good to have working knowledge of Bloomberg and Aladdin/CRD.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret details.
• Ability to handle large data sets and work on tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests from a variety of sources.
• Attention to detail - provides timely, accurate, and helpful information.
