Vice President, Control II

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control II to join our Operations Digital Transformation - Ops Change Governance team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

Provide independent oversight and challenge to Ops AI initiatives, ensuring adherence to governance standards and best practices.
Challenge and review Ops AI initiatives to ensure alignment to benefit realisation and Ops priorities
Lead the creation of an Ops Community of Practice, serving as both an AI Triage Model for Ops AI and a Credible Challenge Function.
Monitor and evaluate Ops AI Book of Work ensuring they continue meet operational and strategic objectives.
Collaborate across Ops Platforms and functions to develop a comprehensive AI data and metrics pack.
Facilitate training and awareness programs on AI Ops governance to build a strong foundation that empowers Operations employees to adopt an AI-first approach

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 10 years experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and best practices - AI governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Experience with data visualization and transformation tools such as Power BI, UiPath, or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
