We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Strong Stakeholder management
• Accuracy: Ensuring that Recon are done accurately discrepancies are resolved.
• Timelines: setting deadlines and make sure reporting are done in time.
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies implementing them to streamline bring in new technology.
• Communication: Facilitating communication between teams.
• Hands on in Process: Should be involved in day-to-day work and learn the function.
• Risk Management: Assessing risks associated with processes and implementing controls to mitigate.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Postgraduate / MBA Finance.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in US Custody business.
• Should have managed a team of 10+ in his current role.
• Experience of working in Wealth Management / Institutional Accounting / Corporate Actions / will be added advantage
