UI/UX Designer

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct user research, user experience testing, apply design theories, and best practices to support recommendations.
• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user interface that optimize among user needs, business goals across web & mobile platforms.
• Create UX artefacts like sketches, wireframes, user flows, journey maps and any other that are necessary to convey your design thinking and ideas backed by research data.
• Development low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Build production-ready front-end UI with HTML, CSS/Sass, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS (Optional)
• Effective collaboration with business, product management, engineering, and other team members
• Design and execute creative design projects for digital and print media including social media graphics, booth design, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Graduates with min 3 years of experience in product design or user experience design for products on mobile & web.
• Experience in crafting high-quality visual designs, and a portfolio that reflects your work.
• Good knowledge of typography, and color theory to create aesthetically pleasing layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.
• Mastery in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Have a great understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel perfect deliverables.
