We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team on a contract basis .
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization to enhance CSM processes.

About the Role
We are building a ServiceNow professional services practice focused on Customer Service Management (CSM) and seeking a ServiceNow Lead Consultant to spearhead technical development, mentor a team of freshers, and drive solution delivery.
As a key team member, you will play a vital role in implementing ServiceNow installations, configurations (UI, workflows, Now Assist), and best practices , while ensuring a strong foundation for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Development
- Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions , including case management, workflows, portals, UI customization, and Now Assist AI integration .
- Lead the development of ServiceNow applications and integrations based on best practices.
- Perform installations, configurations, and optimizations to ensure high-performance implementations.
2. Team Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor and coach a team of 5 freshers , enabling them to grow into strong ServiceNow developers.
- Conduct technical training sessions , sharing hands-on expertise in UI development, workflow automation, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable templates to streamline future projects.
3. Solution Design & Project Delivery
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and propose solutions .
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) development to showcase capabilities to potential clients.
- Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining ServiceNow implementation best practices.
4. Pre-Sales & Growth Contribution
- Assist in ServiceNow partner application and certification processes .
- Support proposal development, technical demos, and client presentations .
- Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, case studies, and whitepapers .
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience , with at least 2 years focused on CSM .
Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows, UI customization, and integrations .
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow data structures .
Experience with Now Assist, AI chatbots, and automation is a plus.
Proven experience in mentoring junior developers and leading teams.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow CSM certification preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months
