Senior Windows Engineer - AWS/Azure Cloud Services (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows server environments, cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and VMC, and proven experience with migrations between cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Windows server infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and VMC environments.

- Lead and manage cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategies and solutions tailored to business needs.

- Automate deployment processes and improve system reliability and performance using scripting and configuration management tools.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of cloud environments.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Windows engineering and cloud technologies.

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in Windows server administration and engineering.

- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and VMC, including hands-on skills in managing cloud
environments.

- Proven experience with cloud migration strategies, tools, and methodologies.

- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and best practices related to cloud deployments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or related cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow
