Manager - Business Development - Industrial Tech Products (5-12 yrs)

Job description

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering, business administration, marketing or a related field.

- At least 5-8 years of experience in Product Sales, Industrial tech sales or Business Development in the software industry selling solutions to the manufacturing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales lead management tools.

- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, etc.

- Fluency in English and one or more languages spoken in the APAC/Europe/MENAT will be a plus.

- Have a systematic approach and great time management skills.

- Should be flexible to work as per assigned regions time-zone.

- Base location: Noida/Remote

- You will also closely collaborate with the Business Development and Presales.
