Role Overview:
- The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- The role involves leadership development, instructional design, and training execution, ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and expertise required in a fast paced QSR environment.
- The candidate will also manage a team of coffee trainers across North India.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with business goals.
- Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and stakeholder consultation.
- Manage and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, and in-person training sessions.
- Conduct leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.
- Train and mentor coffee trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop role-specific training plans.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
- Ensure training programs adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Drive employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives.
Required Skillset:
- Strong experience in Training & Development and Learning Management.
- Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and skills assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the food & beverage or QSR industry is a plus.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
