Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Leadership/Sales hiring for the US market by mentoring a team and managing end-to end recruitment.

- Act as an individual contributor, sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in IT sales and leadership roles.

- Manage customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers of IT services firms.

- Drive revenue growth by exceeding hiring and placement targets.

- Ensure smooth hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in IT Sales and Leadership hiring for the US market.

- 2+ years of Account Management experience with IT services firms/implementation partners.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and clients.

- Deep understanding of IT Services Industry and senior-level sales roles in tech.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be currently based in Bangalore or have prior work experience in the city.

- Willing to work night shifts (US shift) from the office.
