Lead Recruiter - Leadership Hiring - IT Services (4-5 yrs)

Blue Ocean Ventures is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter - Leadership Hiring to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership hiring within IT services, particularly for Big 4 clients, and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding the right candidates for leadership roles.

- Work closely with IT services clients, including Big 4 organizations, to understand their hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.

- Conduct proactive market research to identify and attract top talent for leadership positions.

- Maintain a comprehensive candidate portfolio and leverage it for efficient recruitment strategies.

- Showcase excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and candidates.

- Drive 360-degree hiring processes, ensuring quality and timely closures of leadership roles.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 4-5 years of experience in leadership hiring, specifically for IT services clients, including Big 4 organizations.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management and maintaining strong professional relationships.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Prior experience managing candidate portfolios is highly desirable.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
