About the Role:
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving sales and building strong client relationships in the IT infrastructure domain? Join us as a Sales Manager and take the lead in driving B2B, corporate, and enterprise sales.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, offering cutting-edge solutions in IT hardware, networking, and audio-visual products to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage direct sales, B2B sales, corporate, and enterprise sales with a focus on IT hardware solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key OEMs such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, and more.
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions in:.
- Networking and AV/BRI products.
- Data center solutions.
- IP telephony systems.
- Audio-visual solutions and unified collaboration systems.
- Ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate prices and sales terms to close deals effectively.
- Leverage your knowledge of networking components, video conferencing systems, EPBX systems, and interactive touch displays to design and sell integrated solutions.
- Stay updated on AV connectivity standards and room ambiance optimization for enterprise video and audio solutions.
- Visit clients, conduct in-person meetings, and build long-term partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in direct sales, corporate sales, or enterprise sales, preferably in IT infrastructure or hardware.
- Proven expertise in networking, security, AV, IoT, and backend equipment solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
