Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Outside Sales Specialist with a strong background in the IT hardware industry to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating new business, and driving sales growth in the IT hardware sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events to expand the customer base.

- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate IT hardware products to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features relevant to their needs.

- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of client relationships.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to align on sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to management.

- Travel: Frequently travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets, often covering a specific geographic territory.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, specifically within the IT hardware industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
