Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to business requirements.
Arranges management / client interviews by coordinating schedules with the applicant.
Meet client expectations, maintain prompt communication and provide timely information.
Establishes / Builds relationship with key individuals that allow for continuity and on-going business representation.
Sourcing profiles through Job Portal (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc), Strong sourcing skills from LinkedIn & any other social/business networking, Should have worked on Contract staffing. Should have worked on Niche & Super Niche IT Technical skills, Head-hunting & reference checks
