Role Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Excellence Manager.
- The ideal candidate will be a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and will have at least 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and team leadership.
- This role requires a good understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process mapping, and SOP creation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process optimization, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Transactional Quality Assurance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Monitor and evaluate transactional processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, to support process education initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for process-related queries and provide ongoing support to teams implementing new processes or tools.
- Identify, analyse, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Lead and/or support Kaizen and Green Belt projects, ensuring successful completion and measurable results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and process excellence across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to Telecom sector/industry.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in leading transactional quality assurance teams.
- Proven track record of creating process maps, SOPs, and driving process improvement initiatives.
Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 successfully executed Green Belt projects.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio) and data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Shift Timings: Day Shift - 11 AM to 8 PM IST with slight flexibility which could be required at times
