- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for content writing.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and HR management systems like BambooHR or Zoho People.
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to employee management in India.
- Familiarity with tools like Discord, Trello, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and project management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and hunger for achieving ambitious goals.
- Digitally fluent, with a passion for the Ad-Tech and Gaming industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Empathetic, approachable, and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment.
