Blockcube - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and ensure alignment with scope and timelines.

- Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and reports.

- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.

- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in P2P solar energy).

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others as appropriate

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
