On any given day you might:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on selling advertising space, sponsorship packages, and digital ad solutions to sports brands, agencies, and sports organizations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients in the sports industry to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Leverage your existing network within the sports brand community to generate leads and facilitate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored advertising solutions that align with the specific needs of sports brands, ensuring effective integration of their marketing objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to sports brands, showcasing how advertising solutions can enhance their visibility and impact in the market.
Monitor and report on sales performance, track revenue targets, and analyze market trends to refine strategies and maximize growth.
Stay up-to-date with trends, innovations, and competitors in the sports advertising space, providing insights that help shape future campaigns and sales strategies.
The ideal person:
Proven experience in advertising sales, ideally within the sports or entertainment sectors.
Strong network of contacts within the sports industry, including sports brands, sponsorship agencies, and other key decision-makers.
In-depth understanding of sports brand marketing, digital advertising trends, and sponsorship dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
You bring:
3 years of relevant work experience in advertising sale, willing to work for a 3month project
A bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
Experience in digital ad sales and programmatic advertising.
Established relationships with major sports brands or agencies.
