The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our Portfolio Companies, to help them achieve their strategic aims through managing their people, and designing key initiatives that enable their people to do their best work. You ll work closely with Portfolio leadership to put their strategic aims into practice through their people.

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
