Platform Engineer

The role

The Platform Engineer is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Modulr. Youll be part of an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and, above all, passionate team. We would like you to display these same attributes and display proven knowledge about cloud and automation, systems administration, and infrastructure management. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Skills and experience we're interested in

• Building, observing and scaling a highly available, 24x7 platform
• Experience working with AWS
• Experience with communicating with external teams and building strong relationships outside of your immediate team
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Experience working with Kubernetes, preferably using AWS EKS
• Experience automating / maintaining CI/CD pipelines in a Linux, Apache, Java, Postgres SQL stack
• Experience working with Microservices architecture
• Experience of being an incident responder
