Job Summary:

- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Sales Team will act as a strategic partner to drive human resources initiatives that align with business objectives.

- This role involves working closely with sales leadership to support the team's growth and success by managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and development programs.

- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of sales team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR guidance to support team effectiveness and performance.

- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, coach managers on providing effective feedback, and facilitate career development conversations within the sales team.

- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, high-performance culture through engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities tailored to the sales workforce.

- Change Management: Partner with sales leaders to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive impacts on sales operations.

- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and address employee relations issues effectively and efficiently.
