• Maintaining the Statutory Compliances as per BOCW Act and Contract Labour Act.
• Experience in vendors, labour compliance management in a construction site.
• Handling the Time Office and Wages administration of labour category.
• Good Knowledge on all Acts under the labour law i.e BOCW, Contract Labour Act, Bonus, ESIC, PF.
• Experience in PF & ESIC contribution & challan generation.
• Experience in auditing labour law compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in Sub-Contractor labour compliances under various labour laws & Documentation process for Construction Projects.
• Experience in Filing Returns under CLRA, BOCW, Bonus & other related Acts
• Liasoning with govt. departments & external auditing authorities.
• Manage ESI Act, EDLl, PF, ESIC processes and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with government authorities for licenses and registrations.
  

Preferred candidate profile :-

Must be a Graduate.
Provide support on MS Office applications to manage HR data and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Experience in Construction Project site is mandatory.
