Assistant Manager - HSE

• In-depth knowledge of Safety related systems and practices. Know how to conduct Safety Audits and suggest corrective actions.
• Know all legal requirements related to Safety to be implemented in Automobile / Engineering industry. Knows about the requirements of Operational Health & Safety Management system.
• Should have exposure to work in cross functional team activities.
• Should have innovative approach for doing improvements related to safety.
• Should be achievement oriented and possess leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Responsible for Inspection of work site and providing a safe atmosphere for work.
• Induction Training, Mock Drill, Tool Box, Pep talk to concern
• Assisting the work force to adhere the EHS guideline.
• Environmental Activities monitoring as per Guide Line.
• Quality Check for Construction Equipment's & Machineries
• Responsible for coordinating with Project heads for creating EHS awareness among worker at site.
• Must have experience in High Rise Commercial/Residential building projects.
