Job Overview:

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in researching, planning, and prioritizing features for Biztosos platform. They will lead the development of the product roadmap, ensure alignment with business objectives, and work closely with the development and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Identify and prioritize features that align with user needs and platform objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  
  

Feature Development:

• Collaborate with the development team to define feature requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Translate complex ideas into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from ideation to release.
  
  

User-Centric Focus:

• Gather insights from user feedback, surveys, and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing and support teams to understand user pain points and satisfaction.
  
  

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure seamless communication.
• Foster a collaborative and agile environment to achieve product milestones effectively.

Performance Tracking:

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and feature success.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a tech or social media platform environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with user research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
