Job Overview:

As a Tech Lead at Biztoso, you will combine your technical expertise with project management skills to lead our development team. You will oversee the platforms technical architecture, review code, assign tasks, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. This role is crucial in driving the successful and timely completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development team in designing and implementing scalable, robust solutions.
• Make critical technical decisions, including architecture and coding standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges and blockers.

2. Project Management:

• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure progress is tracked effectively.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to keep the team aligned.

• 3. Code Review and Quality Assurance:
• Review code submissions to ensure they meet quality, security, and performance standards.
• Ensure the repository is up-to-date with clean, well-documented code.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to validate features and address bugs promptly.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative environment between developers, designers, and the product team.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their skills.
• Encourage best practices in Agile development and DevOps workflows.

5. Communication and Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, technical challenges, and risks.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

6. Process Improvement:

• Continuously refine workflows and introduce best practices to optimize productivity.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role in software development.
• Strong expertise in backend and frontend development technologies (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, etc.).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
