Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Support Executive with a background in

the Fintech or Financial Industry. The ideal candidate will engage with potential and existing clients,

introducing them to the companys investment opportunities and converting inactive customers into

active investors. A solid understanding of financial concepts and investment terminologies is

essential.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement

• Reach out to the existing client database to re-engage inactive customers.

• Understand clients' investment goals and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat investments.


2. Product Knowledge and Expertise

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys investment products and services.

• Stay updated on market trends, financial instruments, and investment jargons to confidently

engage with clients.


3. Reporting and Analysis

• Record all client interactions and track progress using CRM tools.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.

• Provide insights and suggestions for improving the customer experience and increasing sales

efficiency.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging for campaigns targeting potential

investors.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Reactivation of Inactive Clients

  • Number or percentage of inactive clients re-engaged and converted to active

investors.


2. Revenue Contribution

  • Total investment volume driven by the executive’s efforts.

3. Client Engagement Metrics

  • Number of meaningful interactions (calls, emails, follow-ups) with new and existing

clients per week/month.


4. Turnaround Time

  • Average response time to inquiries and follow-up actions.

5. CRM Usage Compliance

  • Accuracy and completeness of client interaction records in the CRM.

6. Customer Satisfaction

  • Positive feedback from clients based on post-interaction surveys or reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years in inside sales or customer care roles within the Fintech or

Financial Industry.

  • Experience in engaging with HNI or retail investors is preferred.

3. Skill Set

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment products, and market

terminology.

  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
