Job Description
o Previous experience in project coordination or project management roles is preferred.
o Experience in IoT, AI/ML technology, or government projects is a plus.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
o Basic understanding of predictive maintenance concepts and SaaS solutions.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Assist in providing customer support during the project implementation phase
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure the reliability and performance of predictive maintenance solutions
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
- Prepare and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed
- Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
