Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, leading QA teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards in software development
- This role involves designing and implementing automated test scripts, managing QA activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain QA strategies, including automated testing plans and scripts
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Requirements
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and implement best practices.
- Ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Proven experience leading and managing QA teams.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
