Sr.Executive - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

1.Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST Returns and TDS Returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.

2.Accounting and Reconciliations:

• Record day-to-day accounting entries in the financial system with precision.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Manage branch reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

3. Banking Transactions:

• Oversee banking operations, including fund transfers, payment processing, and account management.

4. Ledger Scrutiny:

• Perform GL (General Ledger) scrutiny to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Review and maintain accurate records for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management.
• Provide data and analysis to support audits and internal reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Expertise in reconciliation processes (bank, branch, and ledger).
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
