Key Responsibilities

1. Understand business objectives for the Branch and derive priorities for the HR function, ensuring alignment with overall objectives of the function

2. Coordinate with Corporate teams in driving recruitment of critical positions across the branch through sourcing on job portal, mapping and head hunting.

3. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor their performance on an on-going basis

4. Drive adherence to recruitment and on-boarding SLAs; take corrective action in case of any deviations

5. Drive Induction and On-boarding SLAs; take corrective action in any deviations.

6. Drive timely completion of Performance Management Process by seeking alignment with Regional HR Head

7. Drive Employee Engagement initiatives along with Learning and Development interventions

8. Oversee effective implementation of Industrial Relations strategy at Branch level and maintain harmonious environment.

9. Manage Contract Labour and increase productivity by optimizing manpower.

10. Respond effectively to any queries from government bodies such as Department of Factories, Labour, PF Office, ESI, etc.

11. Drive adherence to the compliance checklists (shared by Corporate) pertaining to labour laws and statutory requirements within the Branch

12. Be in control of all Branch level MIS and prepare effective reports for timely review and analysis.

1. Hands on MS Excel (Advance), MS PowerPoint and MS Office automation tools

2. Understanding of HRMS (HR Digital Tools – HR Ops functionality, L&D Functionality, Employee Engagement drive)

3. High on collaborative and coordination skills
