Knowledge in Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance:

• Thorough knowledge in various labour laws, such as The Factories Act, Contract Labour (R& A) Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Industrial Employment & Standing Orders Act.
• Thorough knowledge in Statutory Compliance in relating to labour laws.

• Induction: Organise the Induction programme for new employees.

• PMS (Performance Management Systems): Must have good knowledge & exposure to PMS that is from KRA setting to KRA review. Exposure to assessment of Behavioural Skills.
• Training and development: Must have skill to do TNI (Training Need identification), Designing training calendar/ Budget, arrangement of trainer & training programme, post training skill assessment.

Administration: Experience of effectively managing the Security, Vehicles & Canteen.

Communication Skills: Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language of (written and oral).Role & responsibilities
