Regional Quality Manager - South (Beverages only)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits at Co-Packers, Franchisees, and Beverage plants to ensure compliance with company standards.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions through quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all quality-related tasks and projects assigned by management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 17-20 years of experience in beverage industry with expertise in Quality Assurance/Control.
  
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes and quality control measures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and collaboration.
  
• Ability to travel frequently within the South region for site visits.
