Job Description
Sales Strategy Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for signing up new preschools across India.
- Identify market opportunities and devise plans to expand the franchise network.
- Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
Business Development:
- Lead efforts to identify and engage potential franchisees.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective franchisees.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure the successful operation of preschools.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise with franchise partners.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Motivate and mentor the team to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Reporting Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in sales and business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Extensive experience in franchise sales, particularly in signing up preschools across India.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
