Manager MEP (Design) Pune

Job Purpose :-Support the MEP corporate with relevant technical inputs and data & document management to improve efficiency & effectiveness of the MEP team

Principal Accountabilities :

• Provide technical & administrative support to the corporate by ensuring adherence to laid down SOPs for timely vendor appointment at national level
• Coordinate regularly with regional office & ensure all the stagewise technical compliances & comments closure on time
• Regularly coordinate with RO & ensure all the Tender stage technical compliances & comments closure
• Undertake regular Coordination with RO & ensure all the GFCs are released to sites as per timelines
• Assist procurement team for Vendor Development to ensure availability of quality MEP vendors and scout for new materials to periodically update the Material library
• Scout the market to explore sustainable technologies that can adopted by BEPL on a regular basis
• Propose innovation to the Corporate MEP & implement the innovation on time
• Undertake periodic cost reviews with cost consultants to optimize costs
• Track the regular site visit reports received from regions & ensure the compliance
