Qualification : B. Arch / M Arch
Experience : 10 - 18 Yrs (Real Estate & High Rise Residential and Commercial Experience Only)

Job Location : Mumbai - SOBO.

Job Purpose :

Manage and drive end to end architectural work related to super luxury and large projects through consultants and project teams to develop best in class architecture

Job Description in brief:
1. Need someone who has worked for both Residential and Commercial Projects from High-End RE Developers.

2. International work experience added advantage.

3. Uber Luxury Residential Projects co-ordination with knowledge of DCPR 2034 [Bye-Laws].

4. Co-ordination with stakeholders and keeping track of projects progress across regions assigned.

5. Engage with International architects & allied consultants for capability assessment and appointment on board as per tracker timelines.
6. Prepare PDB for creation of Design Brief / RFP as per tracker timelines to ensure regional nuances are captured and work with the Corporate Architect for timely finalisation of the project concept
7. Guide and manage the consultants for get Deliverables for Concept & Schematic packages as per agreed timelines.
