Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the interior design industry
• Visit clients home/sites/office to assess their design needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Present and demonstrate interior design products and services to clients.
• Doing the market survey online/offline and scouting the projects and segmenting it on the basis of various aspects.
• Prepare sales strategies for commercial bookings, for upcoming different brands.
• Covering the geographic projects which are nearing the possession meeting and concern persons for bulk booking.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations and making them believe in company core areas.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Handing over the sales project to the designing team and giving them all the downloads & discussion pointers to the team.
• Play active role in smooth project execution & expand client relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position and market interior design products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
